To add a new user your account must be an administrator. If you are not sure if your account is an administrator, contact BrightFire to find out.
1. Login to your mail account
2. Click on "Manage This Domain". This will take you to the admin control panel.
3. Click on the "Organization & Users" tab.
4. Click the "Create A New User" button.
5. Fill in the requested information and click the "Create A New User" button.
