We do not allow our clients full administration access to websites due to the potential for problems from installing untested software or other coding changes. These could harm your website and other websites hosted by BrightFire.
The most secure approach is to allow our clients access only to the particular areas of your website necessary to keep your website content updated, add new employees, reviews, etc.
Admin level changes will need to be done by our support team to ensure the changes are done correctly and your website continues to operate properly.
If any changes are needed outside the level of access you have, please create a new support ticket and we can take care of them for you.
