BrightFire provides two review generation and Net Promoter Score survey campaigns each year as part of our Reputation Management service.
These campaigns ask your policyholders the standard Net Promoter Score survey question:
"How likely is it that you would recommend us to a friend or colleague?"
To get started with a new campaign, send BrightFire a CSV of up to 2,500 policyholders including first name, last name, and email address. We’ll also need to know the date you’d like your campaign sent.
Each policyholder listed in your CSV will receive the email below on the date of your campaign.
Once a rating has been selected, the policyholder will be taken through two more screens. However, the experience is slightly different based on how they rate your agency.
If the policyholder rates your agency 9 or 10, they’ll see the two following screens.
If the policyholder rates your agency 0 to 8, they’ll see the two following screens.
Once your campaign is underway, you’ll be able to see your results in the Get Reviews tab of your Reputation Management Dashboard as depicted below.
How To Run Your Own Campaign
If you need more than the two campaigns each year that BrightFire manages for you, you’re welcome to run as many campaigns as you like at any time.
Begin by opening the link to your Reputation Management Dashboard and clicking the “Log in” button at the top right of the screen.
If you do not know the link to your dashboard or your password, please submit a new support ticket and a member of our staff can supply you with your link and password.
Enter your password in the login popup.
Next, click the “Get Reviews” tab and then click the “Send Campaigns” button.
You have the option to send an email campaign to multiple contacts or to a single email address.
Sending a campaign to a single email address is quicker and easier to do. Simply enter that person's name and email address and click "Send".
A preview of your campaign will appear on the right side of the screen.
If you choose the option to send your campaign to multiple contacts, you will need to import your contact list.
Click the “Import Email Contacts” button.
Next, you’ll need to upload a CSV containing up to 500 contacts. The CSV must have three columns including First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. Each column must be populated for each contact or the CSV upload will be rejected. You can download a CSV template from this screen if needed.
You’ll also need to check the boxes to affirm that you have permission to contact these contacts and that you have read and agree to the terms of service. Then, click the “Upload” button.
Click the “Send & Start Campaign” button on the following screen to complete the process.
