If you do not know the link to your Reputation Management Dashboard, please submit a new support ticket and a member of our team will send your dashboard link and password via email.
Navigating Your Reputation Management Dashboard
Your Reputation Management Dashboard is comprised of four main sections.
Monitor Reviews: Overview
This section details your average star rating and the total number of reviews, as well as a breakdown of reviews by star rating and source. You may also filter your data by source and period of time.
Monitor Reviews: Reviews
This section details your individual reviews, including date, source, star rating, and the text of each review. You may also filter your data by source, rating, and time period.
Additionally, you can assign a status to each individual review to help you keep up with which reviews you’ve responded to and which reviews still need your attention.
Finally, you’ll see a link to view the review online or respond to the review if it’s from Google My Business or Facebook.
Please note your Google My Business and Facebook will need to be authenticated in your dashboard in order to respond to reviews from your dashboard.
If you are not able to respond to Google My Business or Facebook reviews from your dashboard, please submit a new support ticket and a member of our team will assist you in authenticating those accounts.
Monitor Reviews: Sources
This section details your average star rating and your total number of reviews broken down by source.
This section details your total number of reviews broken down by source and time period.
This section details your overall Net Promoter Score, as well as a percentage breakdown of promoters, passives, and detractors.
Additionally, your feedback funnel details how many policyholders you’ve requested feedback from, how many opened the email requesting their feedback, how many rated your agency, how many left additional feedback, and how many clicked a link to write an online review.
Finally, you’ll see a list of campaigns which details the date of the campaign, the overall NPS rating from that campaign, and feedback funnel metrics specific to that campaign. You can click the “View” link to read the feedback your policyholders left during the campaign.
